Who is Arise?

 

Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc. is a global virtual corporation and has been a leading provider of virtual, work-at-home crowd-sourcing solutions for over a decade. Arise contracts with thousands of corporations (LLCs, S Corps or C Corps), referred to as Independent Business Owners (IBO's) to provide customer service and sales calls for well known companies.

What type of services will I provide to Arise Clients?

 

Once you choose a client program, our inbound call types may include any of the following: customer service, chat, email, sales and technical support. Once you become a Client Support Professional (CSP), you will have full access to the Arise Portal where you'll be able to view the available opportunities including the specifics of each client program before you express interest.

Will I be an employee of ARA Virtual Solutions?

 

No, once you've been officially hired by ARA Virtual Solutions, you will be considered an               independent contractor not an employee. You are responsible for maintaining your own               home office, scheduling your own hours and completing all job duties/tasks related to your         position with our company.

 

 

Will I be responsible for filing my own taxes?

 

Yes, ARA Virtual Solutions will not deduct any taxes from your revenue. You will receive a 1099- MISC statement and related statements at the end of the year if you made more than $600         with our company. You will be required to file corporate and/or individual tax returns and to       pay taxes in accordance with all provisions of applicable Federal and State law. We strongly         recommend that you consult with a tax specialists regarding filing your taxes, including any         deductions or write-offs.

What are the start-up costs?

As an independent contractor, you are only paid for the services in which you provide.               Therefore, minimal start-up costs are involved in order to provide services for our clients           which include the following:

 

  • $7.95 for the background check (may vary by state)

  • $29.99-$249.00 for client certification courses

 

 

Why do I have to pay to get started?

​

To get started, you will be required to pay some start up costs. It's very similar to enrolling in     a college course. You're required to complete an application, the admissions process and             register, all before you're able to take the class right? Well, as a small business owner and/or     independent contractor, you are responsible for completing the Arise admissions process           which includes enrolling in a client program, attending every class session (on time) and             paying any start up costs associated with the process. Ultimately, you are responsible for           funding your personal home office in order to partner with us. Afterall, you will need your       own remote home office to service Arise clients. In order to partner with Arise, you'll need to   either join an existing affiliated corporation or form your own corporation.

 

To incorporate here in GA, you would need to pay approximately $100.00 to obtain your               business license and $50.00 to renew those license annually. In addition, you would be               required to pay all of the fees listed above along with the costs to complete the Arise                   admissions process all before you're able to select a client program and service. You see, all of   these added expenses associated with incorporating can be avoided by simply joining our           team! The cost of starting and maintaining a business varies and is ongoing but if you're             willing to invest in your future, we're willing to invest in you!

Will I be paid during training?

 

Neither Arise nor ARA Virtual Solutions offer compensation for the time spent in client certification courses. The training isn't paid during all client certification courses. However, there is a small number of client programs who offer partial paid training during the "nesting phase." This phase is a very strong process to bring qualified, confident representatives to  our clients. This phase occurs towards the middle and/or end of the client training course.  Nesting must be a minimum of three days and may be as much as six to eight weeks if  needed. 

 

 

**Please Note: You must pay to enroll in each certification course in which you may be               interested in and complete each course successfully in order to service. The client                         certification courses are much like an online college course where you meet at a certain time   each day with an instructor and other classmates. Once you've successfully completed certification, call taking begins. This is a business to business partnership where you as the CSP is the designated professional rendering services on our company's behalf. A fee is charged to you per pay period such as booth rent for an example, that you are responsible for paying. The fee is charged for using our services, the Arise platform and other business services that are outlined in more detail the contractor agreement.**

 

 

What are the pay rates and how often will I be paid?

Depending on the client that you choose, your pay rate could be one of the following: 

  • per minute

  • per call

  • per hour

 

The pay rates will vary from client to client but for most hourly paying client programs, the       pay rates range from $8-$13+ per hour. ARA Virtual Solutions' pay schedule is bi-weekly, the     15th & the 30th of each month via direct deposit.

 

 

Why does Arise charge a service fee?

 

The Arise service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise   24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC, scheduling system. The Arise         semi-monthly service fee is currently $19.75 and is deducted twice a month from your                 service revenue. The Arise service fee is withheld on the invoice, prior to withholding from       ARA Virtual Solutions.

 

 

What are the fees associated with ARA Virtual Solutions?

 

ARA Virtual Solutions will withhold a percentage of service revenue earned to cover our             services and expenses which includes but are not limited to: the recruiting,                   admissions and staffing process, managerial services, providing payroll services and                   maintaining an ongoing business relationship throughout your tenure with our                         company. ARA Virtual Solutions will withhold a percentage of service revenue earned, per       pay period based on your performance levels. The ARA Virtual Solutions Flat Administrative fee is $40.00. *Does NOT include the Arise Service fee listed above.

 

 

**Please Note: No CSP is charged any of the above fees until the first invoice period after           providing customer interaction services to the selected client.**
