1. When creating your profile, select "Military" in the "How did you hear about Arise" section.

 

  2.  Once you have created your profile, please send an email to military@arise.com and include your full                              name, CSP ID and proof of military. Your CSP ID is located in the top right hand corner of your dashboard. 

 

 

**Please Note: Proof may include, but is not limited to the following: Military ID's (spouse, active or Veteran), certified letter or mail confirming Military affiliation or copy of a DD 214.**
