Workstation Requirements
Do you have a working computer? Great, you've eliminated the largest expense! You MUST have one of the following in order to service our client programs.

MACS
Windows 8/8.1 and MACS are supported for a small number of client programs. To review the complete list of workstation requirements and to verify that your PC meets all guidelines, please click here.
You may use either a laptop or a desktop while servicing. However, you MUST be securely hard wired at all times during your servicing hours as wireless connections are prohibited. What does hard wired mean? To connect your USB and/or Ethernet cord directly from your modem or router to your laptop or desktop, as seen in the first image below which is the correct representation of a "wired network"- (see image below).
Home Phone Requirements
You will need a dedicated home phone line with NO features. It is highly recommended that you include an unlimited phone plan. Arise permits the use of POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) for most client programs. To eliminate extra expenses, it is strongly recommended that you purchase a dial pad instead of a physical phone.
**Note: Servicing is not permitted from cell phones, soft phones (phone lines through your computer), magic Jack, Skype, Google Voice, Vonage or Ooma.
